What Campers Walk Away With

This isn't a course that ends with a vague certificate. Every camper leaves Salamanca with real, tangible deliverables they created themselves.

01

A Validated Business Idea

Not just any idea -- one that has been tested with real people on the streets of Salamanca. They will know if it works, and why.

02

A Working MVP or Prototype

A minimum viable product they built with their own hands. It might be a landing page, a physical model, or a service blueprint -- but it is real and it is theirs.

03

A Pitch Deck

A polished 5-minute pitch they delivered to real entrepreneurs on Demo Day. The story of their business, told with confidence.

04

A Business Model Canvas

The same one-page business plan used by Y Combinator startups. Value proposition, revenue model, customer segments -- all mapped out.

05

A PushPals Certificate

Formal recognition of completing a 7-day entrepreneurship intensive. Something for their CV, their UCAS application, and their bedroom wall.

06

Lifelong Connections

29 other ambitious teenagers from across the country. Mentors who remember their name. A network that lasts well beyond the week.

Questions About This Camp

If your question is not here, email hello@pushpals.com -- we reply within 24 hours.

How do I get my child to Salamanca?
There are several options. The easiest is our group transfer from Madrid-Barajas Airport -- we arrange a coach that brings all campers directly to Campus Bravo on arrival day and returns them on departure day. Alternatively, you can fly into Madrid and take the AVE high-speed train to Salamanca (about 1.5 hours), or fly into the smaller Salamanca Airport (20 minutes from campus). Full travel guidance with recommended flights and timings is sent to all registered families 4 weeks before camp. We're also happy to help you plan -- just email us.
What are the rooms like at Campus Bravo?
Campus Bravo has single and double rooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning, and WiFi. Rooms are modern, clean, and purpose-built for student accommodation. Campers can request to share with a friend, or we'll pair them with someone of a similar age. Room allocation is confirmed in the welcome pack sent before camp. All linen and towels are provided.
Is the campus safe?
Yes. Campus Bravo is a gated, secure campus with 24/7 on-site security and controlled entry. There is a medical centre on campus and first-aid trained staff available at all times. All PushPals and Let's Go Native staff are DBS-checked with safeguarding training and first aid certification. The staff-to-student ratio is 1:8. Campers are supervised at all times during activities and have scheduled free time within the secure campus grounds. We share our full safeguarding policy with all registered families.
What should they pack?
We send a detailed packing list with the welcome pack 4 weeks before camp. In general: casual clothes for workshops, activewear for sports, swimwear for the pool, a light jacket for evenings, comfortable walking shoes for the city tour, and sun protection (it's Spain in July). We recommend bringing a reusable water bottle, a notebook, and any personal items they need. Campus Bravo has laundry facilities available. Laptops or tablets are welcome but not required -- we provide all workshop materials.
Can I visit during the camp?
Parents are warmly invited to attend Demo Day on Friday 11 July, where teams pitch their businesses to a panel of entrepreneurs. It's the highlight of the week and a genuinely exciting event. We also offer a livestream option for parents who cannot travel to Salamanca. During the rest of the week, we provide daily updates via email and a private photo gallery so you can follow their journey without disrupting the programme.
What happens if they get homesick?
It's completely normal, especially for first-time residential campers. Our pastoral care team is experienced and trained to support young people who are away from home. We have quiet check-ins, access to phone calls home at agreed times, and a structured daily programme that keeps campers engaged and connected to their teams. In our experience, most homesickness resolves within the first 24-48 hours as friendships form and the programme gets underway. If a camper is struggling, we'll contact you directly to discuss the best approach together.
